What to Expect
The decision to choose the right veterinarian is a very important one for your pet. You can trust that Dr. Mathew Will and his veterinary health care team will provide the very best in care for your pets. We pride ourselves in being able to deliver superior individualized and personal care to all of our patients. Taking enough time with our clients is an important part of our philosophy of care. Every wellness exam is scheduled for 30 minutes. We want to ensure that Dr. Will has enough time to address any problems, and that you have the opportunity to have all of your questions answered. At your pet’s first visit with us, we would encourage you to bring in any medical history that you may have. In addition, you can request that a copy of your pet’s medical records be transferred to us by completing the Medical Records Transfer Form and sending it to the previous veterinary hospital. We will review the history of your pet’s health and perform a complete physical examination. Based on your pet’s individual needs we will give you a treatment plan for preventative or acute care. For all new clients a non-refundable exam deposit is required upon scheduling an appointment, this deposit will be used towards the cost of services provided at the appointment.
Our hospital facility is fully equipped and staffed to provide the veterinary needs for your pet. Today, your pet may not need more than a cough suppressant dispensed from our fully stocked pharmacy, or a urinalysis performed by licensed veterinary technicians in the laboratory. But when the need arises, your pet will benefit from the point of care CBC and Chemistry blood machines, High Frequency x-ray suite, hospitalization care, state of the art surgical suite with surgical and therapy lasers, dentistry services, or after hours emergency care. Dr. Will can even make a house call if needed.
