Medical issues do not always happen during typical office hours. At Country Village Pet Care Hospital, we feel that providing personal and convenient care is important in the continuity of care. Your pet is important to us and we will do our best to fulfill emergency needs personally. After hours, Dr. Will can be reached at home or on his cellular phone. In this way, we can provide more than 90% of emergency services for our existing clients. In addition, The Greater Buffalo Veterinary Emergency Service and Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center are always available when our office is closed.
We define an emergency two ways:
- An emergency is present when the life of a patient is at risk.
- Also, an emergency is present when a client feels the situation is an emergency.
Normal emergency fees apply to all services provided at Country Village Pet Care Hospital, The Greater Buffalo Veterinary Emergency Clinic and Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center.
