Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask for a 48 hour (2 business day) notice if cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hour notice will be subject to a cancellation/no-show fee in the amount of the exam.

Payment Options for Veterinary Services
Country Village Pet Care Hospital offers a variety of payment options for veterinary care. Our fee policies are designed to provide veterinary care within your budget and help you understand the costs associated with our services.
Itemized Treatment Plans:
You will receive an itemized treatment plan before your pet is hospitalized for any procedure. Deposits are required prior to admission and full balance is due upon release, at which time you will receive an itemized invoice. Contact us to discuss payment options for veterinary fees
Direct Payment Options:
While we require payment at the time of service, for your convenience we accept payment with cash, credit, debit, personal check, as well as Care Credit, Apple/Google/Samsung Pay.
