Mathew T. Will
DVM
Dr. Mathew T. Will is a 1991 graduate of Purdue University. He was raised in South Alabama, New York just a few miles from Alden. He shares his Darien home with his wife Renne’, son Samuel, goldendoodle Cinnamon, and 2 cats Hilton and Lilac. Dr. Will’s professional interests include preventative medicine, surgery and infectious disease prevention. His hobbies include remodeling, camping, and other outdoor activities.

Jennifer
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Jennifer has been with our team since for 20 years. In 2006, she graduated from Medaille College with an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology and acquired her state license.
Jennifer shares her life with her partner Scott, their children, dogs Tucker and Sadie and Tortoise Bruno.
Her professional interests are veterinary dentistry and surgical nursing. Outside of the hospital, Jennifer’s hobbies include reading, gardening and outdoor activities with her family.

Nicole
Veterinary Assistant
Nicole joined our team in August 2021.
Nicole shares her home with her partner Kyle, 2 dogs Rune and Cora, 2 cats Ashe and Katara, and 2 Geckos. Nicole enjoys assisting in diagnostic tests and surgery within the hospital. Outside of the hospital, Nicole enjoys camping, hiking, traveling and reading.

Jennifer
Veterinary Assistant
Jen joined our team in fall of 2024 after many years of working with animals. Jen has a mixed breed dog named Elmer. She enjoys spending her free time acting in theatre plays and with her family, especially her nephew.

Karma
Veterinary Assistant
Karma joined the team in 2025 after relocating to Alden from Georgia. She is owned by her four cats – Cleopatra, Nola, Paw Paw and Stella, her cat nephew Boo Bear and an aquarium full of tropical fish. Her professional interests include client education and grief & loss support. Outside the hospital, you can find her skating with Queen City Roller Derby as her alter ego, Karmavore, doing yoga or watching movies and exploring the area with her roommate.

Vera
Public Relations
Vera has been a part of our team since February of 2015. Rescued from Dr. Will’s barn, she has brought a lot of spunk to greeting our clients. There is never a dull moment when she is around.
Her hobbies include lounging in various places, playing with toys, and especially eating.
